Mom Spaghetti
This is where I write. Where you vent. Where we all admit that nobody actually has it together.
The Main Dish -- Kitchen Table Discussion
Every Sunday a new kitchen table discussion drops here. Real topics, no filter, no toxic positivity. Pull up a chair and leave a comment -- the table is open to everyone.
New discussion every Sunday. Check back then -- or follow on Instagram so you don't miss it.

Vote. Relate. Feel seen. No judgment, no advice unless you ask.
Political ads this fall are making me want to throw my phone into the sun.
My kids go back to school and suddenly I'm supposed to have my whole life together again?
Fall is supposed to be cozy but I'm just tired in a different sweater.
When someone says "at least you have your health" after I vent about my life falling apart...
The mental load is real. My partner thinks "helping" means waiting to be asked.
The hardest part of being a mom nobody talks about is...
Garlic Bread
The side dish that honestly might be better than the main course.
Why do political ads play 47 times in a row. Is it normal to cry at a Hallmark movie in September. What the hell is a "soft landing." Can you be too tired to sleep.
"Sleep when the baby sleeps." "Enjoy every moment." "At least you have healthy kids." "Everything happens for a reason." "Have you tried journaling?" Banned. Every single one.
Not from my kids. Not from my ex. From every person who told me motherhood would be the most fulfilling thing I'd ever do and conveniently left out the rest of the sentence.
You know that thing where you bring something up and three people in the group chat say "wait I was literally just thinking about this"? That is this section.
Real topics. Real timing. The conversations that are already happening -- we are just giving them a table.
Petty but Therapeutic
We are not your ex mother-in-law. We are not here to judge. We are here to help you save a new contact.
THE EX
The one who started all this.
He/Him or She/Her?
THE NEW FLAVOR
The new one. Bless their heart. The stars will handle it.
Their pronouns?
